Legal
Website terms
Effective August 3, 2026
Website use
These terms govern your use of cyphra.io. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security controls, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or use automated means to abuse the assessment form.
Website information
Website content is general information about Cyphra’s approach and is not legal, financial, security, or operational advice. Workflow examples are illustrative starting points, not a representation that a particular process can or should be automated.
Cyphra does not promise savings, performance, suitability, or a specific result before a workflow is evaluated and measured.
Assessment requests and commercial terms
Submitting the form does not create a client, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or confidential relationship, and it does not obligate Cyphra to accept an engagement. Do not submit confidential or sensitive operational data through the website.
Any project scope, price, timeline, deliverable, security obligation, or performance commitment exists only in a separate written agreement approved by Cyphra’s founder and the customer’s authorized representative. Website text and automated communications cannot create or modify those commitments.
Intellectual property
The site, its original text, visual design, and Cyphra branding are owned by or licensed to Cyphra and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print reasonable portions for internal evaluation, but may not republish or commercially exploit the site without permission.
Third-party services
The site may rely on or link to third-party services. Their availability and practices are controlled by those providers. Cyphra is not responsible for third-party content or systems outside its control.
Disclaimers and limitation
The website is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Cyphra disclaims implied warranties relating to the public site. To the extent permitted by law, Cyphra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of—or inability to use—the public site.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so these provisions apply only to the extent legally allowed.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
