Scope

This notice explains how Cyphra handles personal information submitted through cyphra.io. It covers website assessment requests and basic technical information required to operate and protect the site.

Information we collect

When you request an assessment, we collect the information you choose to provide: full name, work email, company, optional title and phone number, your workflow description, consent, and submission metadata needed to secure and administer the request.

Please do not include shipment records, credentials, government identifiers, payment information, health information, or other sensitive personal data in the workflow field.

How we use information

We use submitted information to evaluate the workflow, respond to the request, prevent abuse, maintain an operational record, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not use the assessment form to enroll you in a mailing list.

Cyphra does not sell personal information and does not use website information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, network security, and Turnstile bot protection. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to provide those services under its own terms and privacy commitments. Cyphra does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or nonessential cookies to this site.

Turnstile may use strictly necessary browser storage or signals to perform bot detection. Blocking that service may prevent the assessment form from working.

Retention and security

We retain assessment information only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security requirements. Retention may vary based on whether a request becomes an active business relationship.

We apply controls intended to limit access and protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and operational exceptions. To make a privacy request, email website@cyphra.io, reply through a prior verified Cyphra communication, or use the assessment form and clearly label the request “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Changes

We may update this notice as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
